Donate Equipment and Supplies (In-Kind Donations)
Konbit Sante collects, organizes, and ships one or two full 40-foot sea containers of equipment and supplies to Cap-Haitien each year.

Volunteer
Konbit Sante is different from many other organizations in that we do not send teams of doctors and nurses to provide hands-on care. Instead, our staff and volunteers work with Haitian colleagues to develop health care programs, to teach doctors and nurses, to make infrastructure improvements, and to collect and deliver much-needed equipment and supplies.
Clinical Collaborations:
We foster health specialist partnerships or collaborations in specific areas. Teams of volunteer health professionals here evaluate needs and then help their counterparts in Haiti through joint planning, ongoing education, technical assistance, and acquisition of needed equipment and supplies and other resources. Current areas of collaboration include community outreach, emergency services, internal medicine, nursing, pediatrics, psychiatry, surgery, and women’s health.
Infrastructure Collaborations:
Konbit Sante has an excellent volunteer technical team who work on improvements to water systems, electrical systems, computer systems, and to install and repair medical equipment. These volunteers plan major physical infrastructure improvements and “get their hands dirty,” working side-by-side with their Haitian counterparts.
Equipment and Supplies:
Volunteers collect, organize, and prepare equipment and supplies or shipment. Containers are loaded by volunteers and sent off to Haiti. Some volunteers travel to Haiti to help receive containers.
Office Help:
There are occasional needs for volunteers to help prepare mailings and help with other office and organizational work.
